Valeri is our owner and founder. Following a 16 year partnership at a boutique tax firm in Park Cities, she chose to pursue her personal vision of a dynamic and innovative tax firm. Stemming from Colossians 3:23, her philosophy is to do all things with excellence, and to treat people with grace, compassion, and professionalism. She has grown the firm through acquisitions of other like-minded CPAs who continue to add seasoned wisdom into their retirement. As a Texas native, she began her career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Dallas after earning BBA and MS degrees from Texas A&M University. She volunteers in various capacities with Frisco Community Church, is a former marathoner and half Ironman, enjoys outdoor activities, playing with her dogs and watching her two children grow and flourish in their journeys to adulthood.

Traci has been working with our founder since 2010, but as cousins, they've known each other their entire lives. She is a CPA and seasoned tax expert in the public accounting environment, and she also has experience as Tax Director of a local oil & gas exploration company. She is an excellent trainer and mentor to our staff, and she is known as the Queen of Efficiency in our office. She began her accounting career at Deloitte & Touche in Dallas, after graduating with a Master's degree from Texas Tech University. She is married to her high school sweetheart, a drummer and Senior Director of Corporate Administration, and they have two beautiful daughters. Traci has a passion for pouring into high school students so that they might experience the love of Christ during those vulnerable and turbulent years. She loves a good mystery, she's easy to talk to and she does an amazing job of helping our clients find solutions.

Cindy joined our firm in 2020 to reinforce our growing tax practice, particularly in the area of trusts and estates. Her technical expertise and extensive experience with family groups and closely held businesses has been a great complement to our team. Throughout her career in Dallas, she has felt the most fulfilled when guiding families through the process of annual reporting and settling the estate of a loved one.  Cindy is a long standing member of the Dallas Estate Planning Counsel, a Texas CPA, and graduate of University of Texas at Dallas. She brings a cheerful energy to those around her, and her laughter is often heard within the office. She likes to travel to new places,  play dominoes with her family and especially enjoy the antics of her two dogs.

Alex joined our firm in 2020 originally as a Tax Senior and has grown with our firm. He is a CPA that took the long road to tax. Before pivoting and getting a master’s in taxation, he studied biomedical engineering at Texas A&M University. His career started in the tax department of a wealth management firm working primarily on trusts and high-net worth individuals. He and his wife enjoy traveling to Disney. He is a girl dad to two beautiful stepdaughters. Since joining our firm, his family has moved to Sunnyvale where they adopted the shelter’s record holding resident.

Jared is a Tax Senior Manager and licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 16 years of experience in public accounting. He earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University. ​Throughout his career, Jared has worked with clients in diverse industries but is particularly interested in delivering proactive tax planning strategies to support our clients' long-term financial goals.  In his spare time he enjoys a good rock concert or hanging out by the pool with his wife.
